Ending a relationship is known as a painful experience that most adults are through. You may think lost, hurt, angry, green with envy or depressed. These are typically normal feelings. Let your feelings show up. It's OK to feel sad for the loss. Don't stifle a feelings. It's not healthy and definately will only prolong the recovery process. Let yourself be sad. If you don't feel relaxed crying with others, find a private space --- perhaps before heading to bed or from the shower. If it helps to, talk to loved people about your loss. On the other hand, meditate or write in a very journal.
